Hello athletes! My name is Coach Seiji, and I’m excited to be part of your development and support your journey in the game. I’ve had the opportunity to coach across multiple levels of the sport—NCAA Division I at St. Francis Brooklyn, JUCO at Foothill College, NAIA at Menlo College, and even abroad with Tanabi E.C. in Brazil’s 5th division. These experiences have shaped the way I see the game and strengthened my passion for helping players grow. My coaching style focuses on building confidence, sharpening technical quality, and helping you understand the game at a deeper level. Wherever you are in your soccer journey, my goal is to guide you, challenge you, and help you reach the next step—one session at a time.
Get StartedHi, I’m Sebastian Jaral, a current college soccer player at West Valley College with semi-professional playing experience and a strong passion for player development. I offer high-level private training through Trust The Process Performance (TTP), focused on building confident, intelligent, and technically sound players.
I’ve had the opportunity to work closely with the children of top professional players, including San Jose Earthquakes and MLS stars such as team captain Cristian Espinoza, Chicho Arango, Josef Martínez, and Earl Edwards Jr. This experience has allowed me to coach young players in a high-performance environment influenced directly by the professional game and its standards.
My coaching journey has been shaped by learning from former Division I and professional coaches, giving me exposure to elite training methods, modern game demands, and high-level expectations that I apply in every session.
My mission is to help players trust the process, build confidence, and elevate their game—both on and off the field
